This appears now on the bottom of the product description of the magazines and newspapers, "Your name, billing address and order information will be shared with the publisher". I just cancelled all my magazines and papers and called Kindle support. They "don’t know when that got posted and don’t know if the information has been shared yet or not." So, I told them if I start getting email or paper spam I’m forwarding it to Amazon’s email or snail mail. If I wanted these companies to have my email, billing information, or address I would register at their site and give it to them. This is just an FYI for anyone interested.
