Just wanted to relate my great experience with Amazon customer service. My Kindle was not updating, adding new purchases etc. So I went to Kindle support and used the phone option, where you enter your phone number and they call you. Worked like a charm, a lovely woman called me, had me do a reset and boom Kindle downloading. She was polite, friendly. Many companies can take a lesson from Amazon’s customer service. I have used it several times and am always very pleased!
