Opens with setting in Pittsburgh of 3 families going on a holiday somewhere in a Jungle setting, possibly the Amazon. Upon their arrival there is some sort of government upheaval, and the 3 women escape into the jungle. They learn to survive there for quite sometime and eventually escape into a small boat. They are starving, and thinking of cannibulism, but eventually found. Read this some years ago, but cannot for the life of me think of the Name of this title or its author. Would love to find it and read it again on my Kindle. Any help would be appreciated.
