We currently get free content from the library of Congress to use on our Victory Stream Readers or on the new MP3 players. However the selection is less than what is available through Amazon. But why should I buy anything if I can’t have it read to me? What is Amazon doing to make text to speech guaranteed for the visual impaired user?
