I spoke with a Amazon CS rep today who told me that I could not transfer titles from my K2 or K3 to the Fire because I had used different email addresses on my account. Only a few of the current and archived titles show on my "manage my Kindle" site. I thought that all of my titles could be transferred to the Fire. I actually only wanted one to transfer but CS said I had purchased it under a former email address (same name on account for all) so I coud not. However, a title I had purchased in 2010 from a former email address (same name on account) showed up on the Fire. I’m totally perplexed and am not sure the person I spoke with was accurate with her information. I’m not even sure the cloud is working. Any ideas?
