For those who feel the Belkin sleeve is not adequate protection in a bag, etc.
I use the Belkin case at home when the Kindle 2 is not being used (I like to use it naked (the Kindle, not me!); however, I’m a pilot and practically live on the road. When I put the Belkin in my flight bag or laptop bag, I don’t feel the unit is adequately protected because the sleeve is so thin. I have found the PERFECT (well, in my eyes) solution. . . I put the Kindle in the Belkin sleeve then put the sleeve into this: http://www.amazon.com/BLACK-Nylon-Sleeve-Cover-Carrying/dp/B001AT1YP0/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&s=miscellaneous&qid=1246242946&sr=8-16It is an Asus semi-hard case for the Asus Micro PC. It fits perfectly and supplies the perfect protection for the Kindle 2 when it’s in your bag or being transported. And….it’s only $12.99!! Oh yeah, and you can put the charger in there as well! Quite frankly, I’m surprised that no one else has found this! (I found it at a Target, but it is sold on Amazon as seen in the above link). For those interested, let me know if you have any questions.
