Has anyone successfully converted files using the free service? I emailed two files. In response, I received two emails with the subject line "Your Amazon Kindle documents are here". There were no files attached, nor do they show up anywhere in my account pages. So… I’m not quite sure what they folks at Amazon think the word "here" means. What’s the deal?
