I send a lot of files to amazon to translate into the kindle friendly azw format. I do it to the free email because I don’t really feel like spending money when I can download it on my computer and transfer it to my kindle via USB for free.Only problem is, the last three files I sent to the free conversion email I can’t download.. I mean I sent the file, I got it back in the usual, "Your kindle documents are ready for download", but whenever I click on the link in the email to download it, THEN everything goes to pot.It takes me to an amazon page instead of the usual automatic download and tells me to sign in. I hit the sign in button, sign in if I’m not, and it takes me back to the exACT same page anyways! I can keep signing in and I still can’t download my file. Is anyone else having this problem or did amazon suddenly decide to beat me like the red-headed stepchild?
