I’m starting this discussion with the hope that readers will post short reviews of books they’ve read that are priced at the 9.99 or lower price point.Fingers crossed that this will be a place for readers only, not for those wishing to promote their own work (there are several places on the discussion boards for those opportunities). Please state the book genre, the price, and if it has any explicit content, please let readers know.2 Book I’ve read that I can recommend:The Grove – by author John Rector. Thriller. $.99This author reminds me a bit of Stephen King spliced with Harlan Coban.Mr. Rector’s writes like a sprinter and is able to weave a well crafted story without over using flowery prose. AndKindle Culture by Stephen Peters $4.79This is has many funny and inspiring true stories about how the Kindle is reshaping our culture. The minister that used a Kindle during a wedding ceremony. The disabled woman that is able to read again. The baker that made a Kindle cake and got a call from Jeff Bezos!I wish it was priced a bit lower, but I did enjoy it and appreciate it all the same @ 4.79. Madison McGrawwww.mad4kindle.com
