I just purchased a Kindle for my Mom and it is on my account… I only had one book in my library I wanted to dl to her Kindle…because she wouldn’t be interested in any of the others… I tried to do it via computer as we are not in a whispernet area… but it wouldn’t "open" after I got it to her Kindle…… I was also having to re-load my library to my new Kindle because the little 5-way controller on my old one split in half… I had chosen a few but not all of my books to be sent to my new one via whispernet… And my sister also had some books to download…she took all 3 of the Kindles when she went shopping in a nearby town that has green area coverage… it took awhile but she said they finally begin to download..however, they all were in the "archived items" area of the Kindles and she had to click on each one to get it on the device…this is odd and has never happened before….she and I have used whispernet many times and it has never happened this way…usually the download just goes directly to the home page…..all of my library went to both my Mom’s new Kindle and to mine even ones I had not selected …..none of the samples I had in my library downloaded…Is this normal? Is there a problem with the system? Is it because of the sharing? She also has another person on her account and had sent some books to that Kindle…Btw..I absolutely love my kindle2!! Just wish it was backlit! ( JUST KIDDING!!!!!) Thanks,Bobbie
