Hi there…I don’t come to the forums often, so forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I’m an author with two books available on Kindle. Both were doing fine and one still is. But sales fell off on one suddenly, and when I investigated a bit, I found that the title is no longer searchable, either specifically by title or under my name. Only the other book shows up. But the title that’s not searchable IS still live and accessible through my Digital Text Platform. I didn’t change a thing.Any idea what happened or what I should do?My name as printed on my books is Debra Lauman. The title I’m having a problem with is "A Picket Fence in Pawpaw" with the ASIN #B002BNLTZEI did find a way to call Amazon, but the woman who answered wasn’t able to help me. She took some information from me and said someone "should" get back to me in 3 to 6 business days, but I thought I’d try here in the meantime.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks,Deb
