Before I buy the Kindle DX, I would like to to be sure that it can be used to read articles that include math fonts. I’ve learned from a contributor to this forum that the margins of PDF files are cropped, so this should help with viewing files with large margins on the relatively small 9.7 diagonal DX screen (for comparison a sheet of 8.5 X 11 inch paper is 13.9 inches diagonal). Here are a links to a couple of PDF files that are fairly typical of the kind that I hope to read on the DX.http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/mackay/itprnn/ps/260.262.pdfhttp://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~jordan/papers/hdp.pdfI’m wondering whether the technically knowledgeable people on this forum believe that these articles will be readable. If the file for the first link above were readable on the DX, I’m pretty confident that 99% of my other files will also be readable. The second file might be the more realistic test. Thanks!
