I would like to add Kindles in our school, however several of the books are not available for the Kindle 2 yet. 1. What is the usual time frame for books being added after the request to publisher. 2. I have been unsuccessful in adding a "pdf document" to my Kindle. (It doesn’t appear in my documents) and 3. Has anyone been successful with this venture?
