I discovered my K2 had the dreaded Sunlight Grey-out issue and contacted customer service. They sent me a replacement overnight. Great service. But the kindle packaging was bare bones, not the expected packaging I had received originally. Does anyone know if these replacements are new or re-furbished item? Just curious.
