I gave my Mom my K1 when I got my K2 and we are on the same account. It was a bit annoying that I would send my new purchase (done via computer) to my Mom’s Kindle instead of mine because I forgot to select my Kindle in the drop down menu. I called Kindle CS and had the great fortune to get a patient and curious Josh on the line. He had never been asked to make the "primary" different but quickly figured out it is alphabetical. A big "Duh" moment for me! Just thought I’d share for anyone who did not know this and also thank Josh.
