Why are some new releases not offered for the Kindle the day they are released??? Example: Today 6/23 Janet Evanovich had a new book "Finger Lickin’ Fifteen" and Mary Kay Andrews new book "Fixer Upper". Evanovich books for the Kindle are always more than the usual $9.99. James Patterson books are also higher. Are they trying to discourage Kindle use??
