A relative newbie to Kindle, I was just browsing through free books and saw listed The Dark Tide by Andrew Gross (Free for a Limited Time – With Bonus Material) (Kindle Edition). Tried to download but saw note indicating this title is not available in the US.I know for a while, lots of folks outside the US felt like second-class citizens because Amazon wouldn’t ship Kindle to them but now I must admit I’m feeling a bit second-class. How often does this happen and why?
