I justified the expense of buying my K2 when I realized that text books were becoming available. I was a little dissappointed with the ability to view tables and illustrations on the K2, and wasn’t positive it was a good choice for school work for that reason and becuase I found it more difficlut to navigate through books quickly for references. I am happy to report that now having online access to highlights is WONDERFUL. I can cut and paste passages I want to reference in research papers with ease.I have already preordered a DX recognizing that it will resolve the issue of viewing tables on such a small form factor as the K2. Clearly, between online access to highlighting and the DX form factor Amazon is going to rock the house for course work and carrying copious reference materials around.
