eReader Zone

I’ve already read a few posts/reviews lamenting the lack of a touch screen, and I just don’t understand it. My boyfriend has a iphone, and while I love it for surfing the web, I hate it for all the phone and keyboard functions. I would NOT want a touch screen Kindle, especially if it used the finger swipe to turn pages. I have small hands and I doubt Id be able to hold the kindle and finger swipe just one hand. I like to be able to rest my thumb on the button and press when I need to.One advantage to the touchscreen is to get rid of the physical keyboard and make the whole device smaller — I would rather this be solved with a slide out keyboard like some cell phones have…What do you think: touchscreen or no on the Kindle 3?
