I ordered a DTB because I loved the cover art and the first 3 books of the series. I got a remainder copy from another vender because that’s what I can afford. Shipping was free and the book was in one of those indestructable plastic baggies. It’s one of those big trade books and over an inch thick, so what does my post person do???? Some how folds the book in two and shoves it into my little apartment mailbox. Why??????? If he had pressed the ringer I would have gladly raced down the 7 steps to grab it out of his hands so I could tear into it. I am sure I could have gotten downstairs quicker than he could fold and shove my book. He had 11 other mailboxes to fill, so there was plenty of time. Sigh. That will teach me not to order from Amazon. They always use boxes & the post person makes me go to the post office and pick them up, even when I am home. Best to stick to my Kindle.Thanks for letting me whine.
