My Kindle 2 Screen suddenly went almost completely black with white horizontal lines and the kindle froze, so cannot read, change page or do anything. has anybody experienced this problem? How can I fix the problem? Tried without any success to restart the kindle by pressing the on/off button for 15 seconds.
