Suddenly my screen went all black with white horizontal lines and cannot read text and the system seems to have frozen or fallen down, has anybody experienced this problem? does anybody know how I can fix it? Have tried to restart the Kindle by pressing the on/off button for 15 seconds and nothing happens.
