I wish there was an easy way (one link) to let publishers know you want ALL of an author’s books. Could you add a second link that says "Let the publisher know you want this author on Kindle"? (Some authors are VERY prolific)Is there a way for you to show us what authors/books/series are currently being worked on? Maybe a Kindle symbol on the book’s page?Can you let us know which publishers are working with you and which are not?Once a publisher has agreed to Kindle-ize a book, what is the expected timeline (ballpark figure)?If an author is out of print, is it easier or harder to get their books Kindled?Is it useful for the same person to click the "I’d like this book on Kindle" multiple times? Or can the publisher tell that it’s me clicking on the link every day?
