Sale of kindle books not clearly marked as Text to Speech disabled is deceptive, possibly even to the point of a law suit. Now why would I say that? Because a Text to Speech disabled book is generally less valuable than an enabled book. I have no problem paying a premium for an enabled book, but only being able to find out after down load is deceptive. Will I start a suit? No, but you know how litigious lawyers are, so why leave yourself open, and irritate your customers at the same time. Further, it will give the authors feedback on price points based on features in addition to content. PS: Do not bother with the argument that it is only experimental, I personally will buy 80% less if Text to Speech goes away
