Tipping point…p-book vs. e-book

Think back to the time when you didn’t own a cell phone or a computer. It wasn’t that long ago and now it seems everyone not only has them but wouldn’t want to live without them. How did this happen so quickly on such a large scale ? "Why would I buy a computer ? what would I do with it?" or " Why would I buy a cell phone ? I have one at home and if I really need to make a call when I’m out there are payphones everywhere !"We just didn’t get it, but now try finding a payphone( not that you would want to use it)Well kindles and e-books will be like that also. I don’t mean five years from now , it makes sense for everyone in the same way as p.c.s and cell phones.Your bank and every company you deal with is begging you to go paperless. Book publishers need it badly. Their margin of profit is dwindling. E-books are there salvation . Once we all "get it" that is to say once we are all "fanboys" of e-book readers like we are of cell phones and computers it will happen. We will reach a "tipping point " where all books will be available as e- books and p-books will be harder to find. Sad for p-books but true.Textbook availability, improved readers and many other factors will make this happen soon …less than two years…maybe sooner… By the way don’t be ashamed of being a fan of anything…be proud…enjoy…have fun …life is too short…thanks for reading (really)
