eReader Zone

I have been trying to download samples and/or purchase books from 2 different computers and have been getting error messages. I have sent 1 message to Amazon and spent a half hour on the phone with tech who had me change this change that and none of that worked so I went home and tried to download samples from there and same thing, I’m getting error messages. I sent second message and no response. Anyone else having this problem? I am able to use my Kindle 2 to download samples and purchased the books I was after but would really like to see the covers in color first and read all about them on-line and not on my Kindle2. Thanks.
