One of the main reasons I bought my Kindle 2 was to give me a way to carry a large stack of documents that I need to read before meetings with me, and especially to be able to read them on an airplane. I’ve had mine just 2 weeks, but it works great for this purpose. I’ve loaded hundreds of pages of .DOC and PDF files, and while thy don’t translate perfectly, they’re very readable. And I can make notes to use during the meeting. I’m surprised I haven’t seen more posts about this use of the Kindle. Others?
