What do you do if something you want to read isn’t yet available in Kindle format? Do you read it as a DTB or just sit tight and hope it becomes available? I always click on the "tell the publisher" link but in one case I directly emailed the author thinking he might have some pull and he wasn’t very encouraging. So his book (s) didn’t get read.I somehow feel it’s "cheating" to read a DTB now that I have my Kindle. I know, it sounds weird, but that’s just me.
